I really enjoy the delicious Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen chicken because it's always freshly made and served hot. The current special of a 10-piece mixed chicken box or the family deal with chicken, biscuits, and fries is a great option when you need to feed the family in a hurry.

I ordered on the app and when I went to the drive thru I was told they would not give me my food unless I went in.
Actually told me that if I wanted my food I would come in and get it.
I use the app and drive thru to avoid going in places because I have an Ill family member.
They made me go in to get my food that I already paid for because obviously they felt like it at that time.
Unacceptable, and total BS
