I tried Firehouse Subs for the first time and was really impressed by the warm, friendly service and how clean the restaurant was. The sandwiches were seriously tasty, with juicy burgers and delicious fried pickles that made a great starter. It takes a bit of patience since they make everything fresh, but the quality definitely beats places like Subway.

My first experience at Firehouse Subs was greeted with a warm welcome from the employees, creating an inviting atmosphere. The sub sandwich I savored was unparalleled, and while the service was friendly and efficient, a bit more attention to cleanliness would elevate the overall experience even further.

always excellent food and service

Went into shop 20 minutes till closing and was told I could not get a meatball sub because it was to close to closing. The food had already been put up. They did not offer to heat any up or offer anything else. Terrible customer service all they cared about was closing the store.
