Stopped by on a Tuesday morning and was blown away by the speedy service and the birria bowl featuring homemade corn tortillas with that authentic mixtamal touch-broth was perfectly balanced, not too fatty or salty. While some items like chilaquiles and tacos felt a bit pricey, the menudo, huaraches, and horchata totally won me over, making me eager to return whenever I'm in Perris to indulge in those incredible flavors again.
