I was a loyal customer of this establishment for several years now. However, the appalling lack of service and treatment of paying customers has made me decide to never come back and give them my business.
I had an online pickup order for 6:10. I placed this order at 4:30. I waited over an hour for my order. During that hour, the owner/manager brought other orders out to other people who had waited an exceptionally long time for a reserved pickup time. Every single time, she would remember that I, too, was waiting, and would tell me “I make your sushi now.” This happened about 5 times. Finally, an order comes out and she tells me it’s mine. I am almost home when I receive a call that it’s the wrong one, and mine was finally ready. When I returned, I asked for a discount. In a NASTY tone, she tells me “It’s already been charged. You get no discount.” I told her that I would then never return, and she shrugs and nonchalantly replied “Fine, ok,” and points to the door, as if she doesn’t care about her customers.
She blatantly showed that she doesn’t care about the PAYING customers. Unacceptable.

I was skeptical as I came here in 2011 and didn't lkke it however this trip was great. The sushi was amazing! Soooo good!

Had dinner with my family on 2/16/2014. Food was very good however the manger is very rude and our hibachi chef actually slammed the bottle of yum yum sauce down in front of me when I asked if I could have more. I am not joking my husband and children could not believe that he actually did that!! I was sooo embarressed!! I left 0 tip on a $70 meal!!
