I stopped by for breakfast on a rainy Tuesday morning and snagged a table by the window overlooking Lake Michigan. The waitress greeted me warmly and offered me some coffee to start. I decided on the Salmon Cakes Benedict, which turned out to be a delicious choice with perfectly cooked eggs and flavorful salmon cakes.
