If you're a "Gator" sport fan, you will love the various ceiling murals at Adam's Rib Co. (SW 13 Street, Gainesville, Florida) Breakfast starts at 7am (served until 10:45am) Monday-Saturday (closed Sundays). In addition to Fresh Eggs "cooked your way!" They offer choices in Pancakes & French Toast, Omelettes (my favorite is the Western omelette), Bagels, Fresh Baked Buttermilk Biscuits and Gravy, Sandwiches and A la Carte items. If you want to see Adam's Rib "Puttin the Ribs back in BBQ!," Check out their Lunch & Dinner menu items: Slow Smoked Chicken & Turkey, Beef, Pork, Bar-B-Q Ribs, and Burgers & Dogs. Other items, Carry-out, and Catering is available.
