I have never been treated in such a horrible manner by anyone in my life. I placed a delivery order for a pizza and even gave them my credit card # to pay. No more than 3 minutes later I called back because after thinking about it I decided $24+ was too much for a large pizza. I had ordered a Hawaiian which includes pinapple, ham & bacon. I asked if I could substitute the bacon for buffalo chicken. I was told that normally there are no substitutions and they would have to charge me $3.00 for the chicken and another $1.50 for the Buffalo sauce. When I asked how long it would take he said he could get it to me in 30-40 min. When I called to cancel the order a woman answered. She asked why I was cancelling I told her I just changed my mind and ]she said no problem and hung up without incident. A few minutes later I got a call back from the guy who took my order and proceeded to explain why the price was what it was. I told him I understand but still want to cancel the order. He carried on & on to the point that I felt I was being harassed so I hung up on him. He then called me back again and again....5 times to be exact. He left me 2 incredibly rude voice mails that included unbelievable insults and told me that karma must be on his side because he was unable to void my order. I am waiting to see if the charge on my card goes through because if it does they are going to get a very pissed off customer in their face. They told me that they will make a point to never serve anyone like me. unbelievable! I am going to tell all my friends, neighbors, family, coworkers & customers about how awful this place is. They definitely couldn't care less about the customer or ever getting repeat business.
