After dodging potholes and wild drivers in the parking lot, I finally swung by this charming little coffee spot and was greeted with super friendly service that made me feel right at home. The Southwest Sausage breakfast wrap blew me away with its perfect heft and chipotle aioli kick, and the vanilla frappe might just be the sweetest little pick-me-up I've had in ages. Bright, airy, and packed with homemade goodies that beat any corporate coffee chain, this cozy cafí© has officially earned a regular in me-now if only those outdoor umbrellas would free up!
