Ordered today on the phone. When I got there, they told me there was no order under my name. I was on my lunch break so now I had to order something smaller because I already waited 20minutes total since I put in a new order. (I was on my 30 minute lunch break) I left, got back to work and they called me telling me that I did not pick up my order. I am sure there was a name misunderstanding on their end, but next time they should not blame the customer for THEIR mistake. Very unpleasant. They told me I was not being honest. Good food but very disappointed in customer service.
