Our recent visit was fantastic, as we enjoyed a feast of crab and shrimp while receiving warm and attentive service from Kristi at the bar. The food was delicious, and Kristi's friendly demeanor made the experience truly memorable; we can't wait to return!

Destin fla one of the worst places I've ever been service was terrible we were placed in an area where their were no waitress and management was too busy talking with buddy's. The front desk waitress was at the bar flirting with guys while the line was growing . I had enough and informed the nice waitress we had and she took care of it . I wish I knew her name because in she needed to be the manager . After eating what little food we got oh and having to return the crabs because of overcooked we left and went to Wendy's to eat again to be full jeez . Due to this I'm scared to try any other crab shack . Honestly I am . Sad thing is I'm easy to please . I never complain but we had an awfull experience . This was a long time ago . But I still will not go . I stopped in one at severeville tenn but could not bring myself to go in "¦
