This was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had!! My order was incomplete so I contacted the restaurant directly to get the rest of my order, a man got on the phone and basically said I was lying and then he blamed Door Dash for stealing my food from a bag that was stapled shut!! I asked for a manager and he hung up in my face. I called back very upset at this point only to be told my order was strange so he was sure I was lying... I asked what was so strange about my order...he said because I asked for chopsticks 🤔🤔 what is strange about that? I told him I wanted to speak to the manager he said no... I asked for the owners information he said no and hung up again!! What really pissed me off is the fact I literally just moved here and this was supper for my grandchildren... I cannot believe someone would treat a customer with such disrespect for an order that is less than $40.... it's that principle and lack of professionalism that has really pushed me over the edge!!! This has literally ruined my entire night!!!

Lunch special is a portion for a child the beef in beef and brocoli is not real beef it looked like soybeans poor lunch for 8.65 wont go back

Will never order from this place again. Food is super gross. Service was horrible! They "lost" our order apparently after making it! Can't believe we wasted 64 dollars on this so called food. Seriously praying we weren't food poisoned.

Love the food, but the girl at the front counter has too much attitude. Cares nothing about the place. Sad because I will not be going back.

Polite people with a well trained staff, I recommend the "Montgomery roll," it's fantastic!

I have ordered and had delivery from here several times and the food is always hot and good. I recomment them!

I just tried China Express a few months ago and it is the best food I've had in a long time. The vegetables are fresh, sautéed perfectly and the meat is tender. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This place wont be open much longer. Disregarding the young pot dealers that he has employeed, the service is crap. The owner can't keep his employees or family working for him due to how he runs his business. The prices have increased to restaurant prices! His old dinner prices are now the "lunch special" prices and the dinner prices are equivalent to family pack prices! The only upside to this place is that you can go have a few beers next door before having to go deal with the stoned/tweaking kids and emptying your wallet.

There is nothing wrong with this place. Just a misinformed parent giving a review based on a spoiled, worthless child. Unfortunately I do not believe Mr. Keng has the guts to look into what kind of child he has raised. Just look at her twitter account shelbaaaayyk and you will see what kind of a person she is. If more employers and parents would spend a little time to look into social networks before hiring teenagers there would be a lot less of this happening. Just my opinion.

Once upon a time this place was really very good. They moved from the Walden location, and did very very well. The food was exceptional, and business was good. I'm not sure what is going on there, but over the last 3 to 4 months the quality of the food has declined sharply. The service has become very very sloppy, you can expect to pick your order and drive all the way home, only to learn that they've left stuff out of the order. When you return to show them that they've left part of the order out, some of the little punks that work there get very aggressive verbally. One actually cussed over the phone- in my ear shot. They'll be out of business by year end. The lake community is very unforgiving when restaurants start off serving great food- then start to skimp and take shortcuts, due to profits. The owner is extremely rude- and defensive if you show him that 1 out of 3 orders will be screwed up. Not worth the money or aggravation. Go to Conroe.

Mr. Keng,

Are you talking about the 2 employees that were recently fired from there???? the ones that STOLE FROM THE CASH DRAWER 8 TIMES????? THAT'S WHY THEY WERE FIRED.... on top of that training was provided it's not the owners fault or business fault that the two that were recently fired couldn't even dress properly for work.... and while they were at work they were too busy asking about where to score some drugs.... dang and i even heard that one was knocked up! is that your daughter Mr. Keng?????? sloppy sloppy... I'd wash your bed sheets if I was you... especially after all the detailed stories coming from those two girls mouths... yuck... get your information right...before you go posting ignorant crap on good business people... You should be ashamed of yourself... No wonder your kids suck.

The food from here is actually pretty good. But something that the public needs to know is that the owner, Spencer, hires young high school students, offers no training, and yells and screams at them while they work. Then, he fires them without giving them any proven reason for the termination. He does not file employment taxes nor does he complete the necessary forms for contract employees. This teaches our young children the wrong unlawful way to conduct business. I will not support this business. I know of three students he has abused recently
