Last week, I was appalled at seeing a a table with and couple of seniors citizens and a man in about his 50's being asked to leave the restaurant by the owner because his steak was overcooked. The man was very polite and just showed the owner, Ali, that the whole perimeter of the steak was burnt and inedible. I could not believe it when I saw the owner pick up the customer's fork and knife and cut into the customers steak. He basically told the man he could eat around the burnt part. Who the heck does that? The customer and the senior couple were nothing but polite and Ali told them they had to leave immediately when the customer said he purchased a large steak to be able to take some home with him. Ali escorted them to the door. Ali was totally rude and unprofessional. I guess the customer had better not make any comments about their order or they will be kicked out of the restaurant!!!
