Swiss Bakery has been my go-to for delicious pastries and treats for the past three decades. Their danish pastries, butter coffee rings, doughnuts, and fruit turnovers are unmatched in flavor and quality. The bakery's warm and welcoming atmosphere paired with their delectable baked goods make it a true neighborhood gem that I can't resist visiting time and time again.

I'm a vanilla buttercream icing/frosting fanatic. Swiss Pastry shop has my favorite buttercream frosting. It isn't too sweet, it's not gritty, it also has a really smooth and silky texture.
As a home baker, I've been trying to duplicate this recipe at home and came close, just close not exactly on the nose.
