This remarkable patisserie competes with the best Europe has to offer. It's difficult to find pastry in the United States that is comparable to what you can get in France and Switzerland. I know of two, one in Bethesda maryland, and the other in Boise Idaho. The almond and chocolate croissants are exquisite. The small cookies are bites of treasure.
