I've had the pleasure of using Jersey Mike's for catering at two events, and their food quality and customer service were outstanding, especially with Hope's assistance in delivery. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and consistent service from the staff, although there has been one employee whose attitude detracts from the overall experience; I hope management can address this to maintain the positive environment.

I frequently visit Jersey Mike's for their delicious sandwiches. The staff is always friendly and efficient, especially Kavi who provides excellent customer service and ensures my order is always correct.
