Customer service has died at the Tustin Ave (Santa Ana) location. On Saturday, April 15th we pulled up to the drive thru around 11:45a and waited a few minutes quietly for someone to come on the speaker but nothing so I asked if there was anyone there. They finally came on and asked for our order. We went up to the window and paid and asked for bread as we were really hungry and know that it usually takes a little longer as the food is really good. We sat in the car for over 20 minutes with not even a "sorry it's taking so long it'll be right up". Never has it ever taken this long. We stared inside and saw at least a half dozen employees standing/working and the woman that helped us moving around but not overly busy as there was no one even behind us in the drive thru until 5 minutes before we left. Pretty ridiculous.
