I had an issue with my BurgerFi app order that was supposed to be delivered by DoorDash, but it never arrived. I decided to drive down to the store, where the person at the front kindly directed me to the manager, Patrick. He was truly awesome from the get-go, swiftly taking action to remake my order. I appreciate the exceptional customer service and the way the staff handled the inconvenience, earning this store a five-star rating in my book!
