Blew my mind

Incredibly unfortunate. Restaurant failed to fill order completely and correctly, then lied about their ability to rectify the situation. I've always enjoyed the food previously, and have been a returning customer for a pretty long time now, so today's issue would have been a small hiccup, easily fixed.
However, the General Manager who I spoke with today was so incredibly rude and deceitful that I will never return. The way she 'handled' the situation was embarrassingly disrespectful and incompetent. Not a time to be so cavalier with customer service.
