Blue Bay is hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant in town; the food is always fresh and bursting with flavor, and the Kung Pao chicken and Mongolian beef are my top picks. I've been a regular for years and the staff always make me feel welcome and provide excellent service. The lunch specials are a great deal with a variety of delicious appetizers, and the cozy ambiance adds to the overall dining experience.
