Palmetto's Smokehouse catered our Clemson Tailgate last weekend, and the food was absolutely delicious, with highlights like pulled pork, brisket, and the amazing cajun brochettes. The service was exceptional; Irv and Jim ensured everything ran smoothly for our group, making it a memorable experience that I can't wait to repeat.
