Went to Tobiko because of the all you can eat sushi 20.99 sushi was good but the service was so slow and not attentive to us at all. Had to ask multiple times for refills on water had to ask to even order food. When we asked for our check they came back with an 18% gratuity already built into the check without even telling us or having it written anywhere... would not recommend this place at all because of the service and the tip added to the bill.
