I was genuinely surprised to find such authentic and flavorful Korean food in Kansas, especially with so many vegetarian and vegan options available. The buffet, though small, offered fresh, well-seasoned dishes like cucumber kimchi and bulgogi that held up even as leftovers. The friendly, family-owned atmosphere and quick service made the whole experience memorable, and I can't wait to return whenever I'm back in the area.
