Enjoy visiting 1-2 times a month. Generally good service, pizza is tasty and enjoy the beer. Today was a flop for service. Arrived at 5pm, more than half the tables open, so not busy like usual. Waitress was really off-swaying, leaning over the table in our personal space. Ordered mushroom as appetizer- said 2-3 times we would like them before our pizza. 45 min later, no appetizers and no refill on drink order. When asked about the appetizer she said, you can't talk to me like that and all we did was point out that we didn't get our appetizer and he kept just saying, your pizza is almost ready. We were speechless. Told the manager who is always great, but no response other then he would tell the other mgr. Her demeanor was really bizzarre, racey yet like in slow motion and fragmented responses. Pizza is always good, but waitress Jaime M gave terrible service. I can give grace during these challenging times or if someone is having an off day, but it was like an episode from twilight zone!
