The breakfast at this place has improved significantly since my last visit in January. The eggs over easy were cooked perfectly and the hash browns were finally done right. It would be beneficial for them to consider upgrading their bread selection for a more well-rounded dining experience.

This is the most amazing cafe! The coffee is supreme, the flap-jacks amazing and the eggs devine!

We stopped for the night in St Albans, VT on the way to Maine and found the most amazing little town! We asked the motel manager about breakfast, he said, "There's only one place you want breakfast, the Green Mountain Cafe." He was right.

So if you are within 50 miles of St Albans at breakfast (0500-1100), do yourself a favor and visit the Green Mountain Cafe!

Best Restaurant in St Albans by far.

Wasn't the best meal I have had at a restaurant, but darn near close to the worst. The breakfast are great but will never go back for lunch or dinner again.

If I have any compliant, it is that the home fries or hash browns are never cooked enough.

This is a very nice place to eat. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is quiet. Service is tops and the prime rib is great. Of the many restaurants in ST. ALBANS, this is one of Our better ones. You won't be sorry You ate here.

Our party of two both ordered grilled cod. Served hot with a large baked potato that was cooked correctly, soup or salad, and veggies. Lettuce in salad was fresh. Attentive staff served quickly. Spaghetti and large meatballs were being consumed at tables around us by hungry happy customers! Prices were reasonable especially for the portions served. We wished we had room for dessert!
