This is in my top 3 best Filet Mignon meals ever. Easily the best I've had in Alaska. A great chef can't make a bad steak good. Bing is a great chef and he's working with the very best steak. Every bite melted in my mouth. Perfection !!! His wife Elizabeth does a great job running the front of house as bartender/waitress and she makes some of the deserts. From salads to desert everything was a delicious treat.

We were at Gene's Place several weeks ago having dinner at hotel Seward the atmosphere was nice and surprising was nice quiet very professional something you wouldn't expect in a small town. The food was outrageous, the staff was wonderful and pleasing.

My wife loved her reindeer sausage I had crab omelette for breakfast before we left something that I could not never had imagined before other and having a piece of trout with eggs on a camping trip when I was a kid as for seafood for breakfast
