Last week, while dining out with John R, we chose Las Vias on 6th Ave, where I intended to order a healthy Shrimp Cocktail, but was tempted by the Quesabirrias on the new menu. The mixed fajitas were delicious as always, and the street corn dip, though enjoyable, didn't stand out much beyond a typical cheese dip, yet I look forward to trying more dishes from their expanded offerings in the future.
