The three-course menu was amazing, especially the roasted chicken with goat cheese crepe. The service was good, but I hope they extend their weekend dinner hours.

Wondeful food, wonderful service.

I visited the Elegant Moose this past Saturday and found the food and service to be very nice. The decor is espresso and cream, very calm and restful. My server was delightful, charming and friendly.

I ordered a salad and a dessert crepe. The salad, a maple-glazed chicken salad, was a work of art -- I almost hated to eat it. The flavor was fantastic. Since I had ordered dessert, my server had suggested I might want to save some of the salad for later and told me that it traveled well. She was right -- it was just as good later that evening for my supper!

For dessert I had the Parisian Street Vendor Sundae, a delightful concoction of crepes filled with vanilla ice cream, drizzeled with chocolate and caramel sauce with glazed pecans and whipped cream with another lovely presentation. I wanted to lick the plate!

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try something different from Green Bay's usual restaurants. I certainly plan to visit again soon!
