While on vacation, we ventured to The Forge for dinner based on glowing reviews from locals. The charming restaurant graciously extended their hours for us, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dishes we savored, including the perfectly cooked salmon and flavorful brisket, left a lasting impression and I look forward to returning for another memorable meal.

My husband and I just went there today for lunch. I had searched the internet to try something new for our anniversary. The smoked salmon was incredible, still moist with the smokey flavor and a delicious sweet sauce on top. Yummmmm!!!! The place has an old nostalgia atmosphere and friendly staff. Our server was a lovely young lady who took excellent care of us and even wanted to know our names. I walked around to look at the interesting black and white photos on the walls. There is even a staging area for live music.
