Sprig and Sprout has been a reliable go-to for delicious pho and Vietnamese dishes that always satisfy my cravings, whether I dine in or get delivery. Their vegetarian and vegan options are impressive, and I especially enjoy the fresh summer rolls and build-your-own pho bowls with customizable spice levels. The casual, no-frills atmosphere might feel a bit bare, but the quick service and consistent quality keep me coming back time and again.
