Food is good, but customer service/loyalty is lacking. I called them on a Sunday morning to confirm if they had a certain menu item (menudo) and the guy on the phone told me indeeed they did. When I got there, he said they had run out earlier that day. Are restaurants now practicing "bait and switch "?
