Because of our one-evening stay at the 'luxurious' MCM Elegante Hotel, we anticipated a wonderful dinner at the Hemingways Cafe. We were a party of six, and unfortunately, none of us fully enjoyed our meal. My husband ordered the Golden Triangle Chicken Alfredo which tasted very bland, while my Chicken-Fried steak was overly salty! A friend ordered the gumbo which was so-so. The only satisfying items we ordered were the Shrimp cocktail & the Ribeye Bites. We each ordered an alcoholic beverage and I must say that our total bill we paid did not match up to the entire dining experience. We will NOT return to eat here!
