I have ordered catering twice from the Aiken SC store and, twice my order was missing half the items. The first time they said it was because I ordered online and there was a problem with the system. So, this time we went in and made our order in person three days ahead of time. Spent $120.00. picked the order up got home and there were 5 items missing. Called to let them know and they can't do anything except offer a free meal at a later date. That's all great but, it doesn't help the dinner I am serving to my in-laws now. I certainly will not be using Cracker Barrels catering in the future and definitely will not recommend anyone else use them.
