Ava provided an informative and entertaining tour that made the trip from Nashville worthwhile. During my visit for an all-you-can-eat wings birthday celebration, the service was slow and the orders were mixed up, but the manager Meg handled the situation with professionalism and kindness, offering a sincere apology and compensation. The food, especially the wings and specialty pizzas, was delicious with great smoky flavors, complemented by friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere that makes me eager to return despite the distance.
