The steak fajitas were incredibly tender and the service was quick and friendly, though it felt a bit rushed this time. El Chaparro has been our family favorite for years, with consistently delicious food like the Pollo Gratinado and beef quesadillas, and the cozy patio adds to the charm, especially at sunset.
