The food here is consistently well-prepared and delicious, with standout dishes like the rack of lamb, cowboy ribeye, fried goat cheese, and French onion soup, complemented by excellent, attentive service and a warm, inviting atmosphere enhanced by a large central fireplace. Although there is no liquor license, guests can bring their own beverages, which adds to the enjoyable experience in a beautifully decorated setting suitable for both intimate dinners and larger events.

The Fairview Cafe offers delicious food and excellent service in a beautiful setting that is enjoyable year-round. While the restaurant does not have a liquor license, guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages. Although the prices may be a bit high, the experience is definitely worth it for a special meal out in the Poconos.
