During my visit, I ordered and paid at the counter before sitting down, though it took a while to realize that was the process since no one initially informed us. The chicken and waffles were well-seasoned and flavorful, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the experience pleasant despite the self-service setup. While the food was enjoyable and the atmosphere cozy, I found the menu somewhat limited and wished for more traditional dining utensils instead of plastic ones.
