I have always appreciated Subway's consistency and fresh subs, especially the ability to customize my order. However, the customer service at different locations can vary, and it can greatly impact my overall experience. Despite having multiple Subway locations nearby, a recent visit to the one near Charlotte Motor Speedway left me disappointed with a completely wrong order, including a meatball sub with mayonnaise. While I give the food 4 stars, the employee's mistake only earns 2 stars, as my son had to return to get our order corrected. In situations like this, I believe customers should be offered a refund or at least a small gesture like a free cookie to make up for the inconvenience.
