Beckett's in Reading offers some of the best fried chicken I've ever tasted, with perfectly seasoned, tender, and crispy pieces made to order. The sides, including collard greens, yams, mac and cheese, and cornbread, complement the meal wonderfully, and the ribs and pork chops are also exceptional. It's primarily a takeout place with limited seating, so calling ahead to order is advisable to avoid long waits and ensure availability of menu items.
