The food at Zaxby's consistently meets my expectations, particularly the boneless wings in tongue torch flavor, which I crave regularly. The staff is friendly, the service is efficient, and I appreciate the fresh ingredients used in their meals, although I sometimes find the carbonation in the drinks lacking.

The food is really good here, especially the Nibberz meal which was delicious. The service is good and the casual restaurant ambiance is nice. The only downside is that sometimes the carbonation in the drinks isn't great, but overall, it's fast food chicken so you know what to expect.
