I drove in from Tampa for a business function and arrived at the hotel early for dinner. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready, so we had to wait in the lobby. The staff could have been nicer, but the hotel is currently short-staffed. Despite the initial hiccup, the hotel is lovely and a great spot for weddings. The art collection is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, and the dining is exceptional. The staff was prompt in returning a valuable item I left behind, which I appreciated. I hope to return soon for another peaceful and relaxing stay.
