There's this incredible woman named Diana at the Starbucks in the UC Mall - she must be the boss, right? She keeps things running smoothly and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone gets what they need. The line might be long, but hey, that's just part of the campus coffee shop experience. Diana saved the day when I accidentally ordered a bacon sandwich without realizing the bacon was on the shoulder - she swapped it out with a proper bacon sandwich without missing a beat. Her patience and attention to detail in the midst of a busy rush were truly impressive. So, shoutout to the amazing manager at the UC Mall Starbucks - you're a real gem!
