I really enjoy the quality of their soft ice cream but the employees are another matter,
as a father of 4 I want to have an old fashioned summer experience getting the ice creams for my children through the outside service window, as I remember it as a child myself.
the employees refuse to allow ice cream to be served through the traditional outside window because they are too lazy to get off of their seats and open the window.
there is always a small paper sign stating "window closed come in store for service", why did the stores owner even bother to buy outside picnic tables and install an outside service window if it is NEVER to be used. My children are very young and moving them inside to order and then back outside to sit means ice cream falls on the ground and the children start crying. I hope the owner of the store reads this, as my wife is now telling me to go someplace else with the children. she does not want to see them get upset when the idea was to see them smile.
as their father I wish to tell the stores owner that the fun of summer ice cream is outdoor fun. instead of outdoor summer fun I have children crying because the outdoors is not an option because of bad employees
