Bad service bad food

We rented the hall and they double booked our birthday party and a band. Needless to say our birthday party was pushed out less than 1 and a half hours after the party started. The service was terrible. I would never recommend using the hall to anyone ever! This used to be a nice place but the owners have really failed....
