The food at AppaKadai in Santa Clara took me back to my childhood with its authentic Chettinad flavors, especially the soft idlis and flavorful fish curry reminiscent of my grandmother's cooking. Our family enjoyed a variety of dishes, from spicy dosas to delicious curries, and despite the bustling atmosphere, the service remained attentive, making it a comforting experience during our visit.
