Complete garbage for any kind of meat off the “smoker”. It tastes like they added whatever wood Carbondale street department cleaned out of the sewer grates as flavoring in the “smoker”. Everyone, please, PLEASE, take the time to drive somewhere which actually knows how to cook ribs and butts the right way. Or try another endemic Carbondale restaurant. This place is total garbage. I would, literally, rather chop up my dogs and cook them than be forced to eat at this place ever again. And I love my dogs like children.

Anyone enjoying this barbecue has never actually had good barbecue. They should advertise by saying “you’ll enjoy our barbecue if you haven’t eaten anything in four days and are near death from starvation” or “only stupid people won’t know we cook our meat in an oven, not a smoker”. Worst barbecue I’ve ever had in the entire country.

Yesterday I was with a group of 15. We were waited on and served promptly. Food was hot and delicious. It is unusual to have it all when you go out to enjoy a meal. Our waitress was Caitlin. She certainly showed us how a great server should be. Thank you Caitlin. I hope you have a wonderful holiday.
