Spent 1 hour and 15 minutes in the drive thru on the evening of 9/16/2020. This location was out of nearly every dipping sauce, every side, and multiple pieces of chicken. The staff was HORRIBLE! With the amount of people in the building, there shouldn’t be any wait at all, but it was very apparent they all did not care once we made it to the drive thru window.

One manager that is family related to ownership, L*P***s, state’s they were out of all of these items due to “budget cuts” and there was no way for him to know what was on the trucks and what they ordered.

Multiple cars left as we waited for our food. When my order was received without the two dipping sauces they said were available and 5pc tenders, I requested to speak to the manager again. I was then harassed by staff shouting racial slurs at me in front of my 7 year old daughter, witnessed an employee drop orders on the ground that were orders ready to go (they were already boxed and bagged) the boxes came open and they reboxed the food that hit the floor and sat them back on the counter. This included my 5pc tenders I was missing as well.

A different manager (A*****o) The manager that is not family related. A*****o attempted to assist but employees that were “family” overran his management direction and authority. He could not get his staff under control, he provided a full refund and apologized over and over again while encouraging me to call corporate regarding (Ani***ia, L*P***s and the lady yelling racial slurs threatening to come outside and kick my “pregnant a**) since all locations here in Wichita were owned by one person, L*P***s’s grandfather (W*l*y) that had family working at all locations.
