I bought suman from Seafood City in Mira Mesa and discovered it was made by Lola Happy Bakery, which turned out to be the best suman I've ever had-moist and soft even after a few days, with a delicious accompanying sauce. Their lechon is chunky, juicy, and flavorful, coming at a better price than competitors, and the pancit matches my taste perfectly despite a small mix-up with the noodle type that was quickly resolved. I also enjoyed their Tinapa and lechon so much that I return frequently when visiting from San Jose, and they even catered my mother's 50th birthday, though I wish they offered delivery.
