The restaurant I visited while traveling between national parks was bustling, with patrons happily enjoying steaming bowls of menudo soup and a variety of other delicious dishes. The menu offered a great selection of breakfast and lunch items, with flavorful enchiladas served hot and fresh. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was excellent, making it a satisfying stop for a meal during our journey.
