El Cajete serves some of the most authentic Mexican food around, with fresh housemade chips, salsa, and amazing hard shell tacos that keep me coming back. The friendly owners and quick, polite service make every visit enjoyable, and the flavors-like the pork tacos and Cajete Special-are consistently on point without breaking the bank.
