Margaritas here are amazing. The salsa and queso are extremely tasty. The food overall is fantastic, especially the fajitas, quesadillas, and Mexican tacos. The service was quick and friendly, making for an enjoyable dining experience.

First and foremost. I would like to say, please do not judge this restaurant by the poor reviews. Remember. People will be quick to find the SMALLEST reason to write a poor review, before they write good one. I am sure the employees, just as anyone else, has good and BAD days. But that does not mean that you have to jump on this restaurants website and bash the staff, and this place. We are from Texas and this HAS been the closest to Mexican food that you will find. I read a few comments about the "cheese" REALLY? Your going to give a poor review over "cheese" Well there is more to judge a Mexican dish besides cheese. If you really know Mexican food, the cheese is the last ingredient to judge. Nachos? ok. Nachos is NOT a Mexican dish.The drinks have always been on point. And if you know what a good drink means well then you should know to order a top shelf. If you do not, your going to get your basic liquor. Before you judge Mexican food, you should take some time and LEARN the culture. A salad is also not a Mexican dish. That does not excuse the entire reviews. My husband and I have been here several times. And believe me, I am the first to notice what GREAT customer service is. Nelly has been our waitress each visit, and she is OUTSTANDING. She is very attentive and ready to make sure your visit is a pleasant. The food over all is GREAT and the staff is Super Friendly. I highly recommend this place to any one who lives here, or just passing through.

Best authentic Mexican food I have had in Lake Charles. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service impeccable, our server attended to our every need. I think her name is Yuara, not sure how to spell. I promise you to will enjoy!

The first time I visited on a Thursday at 6:30 P.M. a few weeks ago it was perfect! Service was great and the food was excellent. Yesterday when I went at 2:30 P.M. with a group of lady friends who had never been there the service was terribly slow, the waiter continually disappeared and my guacamole salad was mostly lettuce with very little guacamole in it. The newcomers said they probably would not return and I don't blame them, but hated it because it was so good the first time. With so many good Mexican restaurants in Lake Charles this one just may not add up. One thing I really liked the first time is that they left a small bottle of salsa on the table but seems they have discontinued doing this. Since our waiter was a no-show most of the time it was hard to get more salsa when we needed it.
